amy was a star at the restaurant! she made us amazing cocktails. she knew exactly what we wanted. her knowledge and friendly service were excellent.

the pool was too cold! it really detracted from the advertised spa. the staff didn't address the cold water. i wished they had informed guests about this issue beforehand.

The executive lounge offers excellent breakfast. it had a great variety of dishes during the happy hour. hop house was pleasant with great food. Jack, the waiter, was efficient, accommodating, fun, and very professional.

The executive lounge was a great perk. It made mornings easy with plenty of food options. staff in the lounge were very attentive and kind. the metro was a short walk away, very convenient. the gym is well-organized, always clean, and cute.

The minibar in my room was empty, only offering instant coffee. I expected more variety.

Breakfast was great with options for everyone. I could even take food away with bags provided. the cafe & bistro had a tasty rueben sandwich, and the spaghetti amatriciana was excellent. the cloud 9 restaurant and bar on the top floor offers fabulous views.

the hotel is close to the florenc tubestation which allows for good connections, this is a plus. it is also close to the vlatava river, a short walk away. i found this convenient for exploring the area.

My room was well furnished and equipped with everything needed. The bed was comfortable and large. the bathroom and room were immaculately maintained. i appreciated having a clean and well-kept space.
